It is really important to dispose of unwanted or old medication in a safe way. Just bring any medication that you do not need to our pharmacy and we will safely dispose of them for you.

Emergency Hormonal Contraception on the NHS

The 'morning after pill' is free for women under 25 years old and for women who are aged over 25 living in the London Borough Of Sutton. no appointment is needed. This service is provided in the private consultation room in confidence.

 

Free Medicines Use Review Service

This will give you an opportunity to discuss your medication in more detail with the Pharmacist. You can ask the Pharmacist any questions or queries you may have regarding your medication.

Free Repeat Prescription Service

Make life easier for yourself and let us order your prescription on your behalf. Simply let us know what repeat medicines you need, a few days before they run out, either in person, by phone, fax or email and we will arrange to collect it from your Doctor's surgery. We go daily to over 10 Doctors surgeries. When we have collected your prescription it will be dispensed and waiting for you to collect at the pharmacy. We also provide a free local home delivery service for customers who are housebound or live in warden-controlled accommodation.

 

Medication service to residential care homes

We dispense medication to residential care homes using monitored dosage systems.

 

Prescription Service

During our opening hours we will be able to provide a dispensing service for your NHS prescription, whether it is from your Doctor, Dentist or Prescribing Nurse. In addition we dispense private prescriptions. Also, we are now able to offer free printed information on common illnesses, to all our customers. We have a fully computerised patient medication records system, which stores all your medication records and alerts the pharmacist to possible drug interactions. Naturally, information held about patients is confidential and covered by the Data Protection Act. In the unlikely event that we do not have a particular drug in stock, usually we will obtain it for you the same day. NEW! We are now able to receive your prescription details electronically straight from your doctors surgery, by scanning the barcode along the side. Don't worry, you will still have the green prescription form but this is a fast and more accurate way for us to produce your prescription.

 

View Summary Care Records

with patient consent, we can view summarised GP records to help us provide a better service. The information can help us provide more concise advice, help with allergies and help us provide emergency medication if needed.

 

Weekly Dossett Boxes

We prepare medication in weekly dossett boxes for patients having problems with medication compliance. This service is offered following discussions with the carer and GP, and is free of charge.
